I updated a site yesterday to WP 3.5 and was immediately logged out after the upgrade. The login page displayed this error:
"Too many failed login attempts. Please try again in 20 minutes."
I was using the current version of the plugin (v1.7.1).
I was able to login by removing the plugin via ftp. I'm hoping there will be an update to this plugin soon.
