Locked Out

My site and log in have become inaccessible since installing Wordfence. I am not sure what I did, but seem to have done something to make it inaccessible. I had a number of malware attacks recently, so wanted to add this to the arsenal. I attempted to delete and reinstall via ftp, nothing seems to work. My url http://www.careerintervention.com does not even come up, let alone the wp log in page.
