I want to display the events and location list in a grid vieuw without losing the search function of the event manager plugin. How to do this and which plugin to use?
Another problem is the Near… next to the search doesn’t filter. when I search for a location the events and the location stay exactly the same as before the search.

  • If you go to Events > Settings > Formatting > Events you can add CSS (or whatever markup a plugin needs) under the various Default event list… fields.

For the second problem, can you post a link? I think it’ll make it easier to see what’s happening (or not happening).

    1. sorry but we don’t have a specific sample for this since I think this involves custom jobs specially if you want specific number of columns per row

    2. sorry but this link http://mallorcaclubbing.com/ doesn’t work for me.

oh sorry i think the link is working now.

It looks you’re denying access to the content unless you’re logged in? In which case, you’re not going to be able to show content correctly.

Oh srry again, now you have access to every page. On the two following pages the near… search function doesn’t work.

http://mallorcaclubbing.com/locations/ ( on this page when you click on google maps the map doesn’t appear the right way.

Can you tell me where I can find your main events list? At the moment it looks as if you haven’t published any events. Thanks.

i have published one event now, because the website is under construction. the main event list is on http://mallorcaclubbing.com . but het near… search function don’t work on the locations page and the event page.

If I choose “PuroBeach, Can Pastilla, Spain” from the locations suggested by the Near field, the result that appears is your published event in Purobeach.

If I choose “London, United Kingdom” from the Near dropdown, I get No Events.

Both these situations seems to be correct. I’m doing these searches on the homepage (the main events page?). There’s no search box on the locations page.

Can you tell me what you’re searching for and which page it’s not working on? Thanks.

Yes by the events it works correct, but on this link not http://mallorcaclubbing.com/nightlife-hotspots/ and if you click on google maps on top of the page the map doesn’t show up correctly

The problems on that page look like they could be a jQuery conflict caused by another plugin or your theme. To test if that’s the case, can you check with all other plugins deactivatded and while running the default WordPress theme?
