   I got a old swedish-language file so I downloaded the new one. After that a lot of new things are in swedish. The problem is it no longer can show Å Ä Ö. All swedish-letters becomes ?.

   Someone got a clue?

   You mean in the posts or in text coded in the files?
   Probably it is a matter of different encoding (charset).

   The text in the admin-system/Dashboard etc.
   The post I do still looks nice.

   The only thing I can think of is still the encoding = charset.
   What is your blog's default encoding? utf-8? In that case the translation has another one.

   Aha. Now I understand what you mean :)
   My blog is using utf-8. Should I change, or may I only got problems with my post then?

   BTW, using Firefox 1.5

   If you change - and posts were made in utf-8, then everything will be a mess :(

   Are you sure you downloaded the correct version from here?
   http://svn.automattic.com/wordpress-i18n/sv_SE/branches/2.0/messages/
   The non-marked is utf-8!

   Big big thanks to you moshu!
   It works perfect now.

   The "sv_SE.mo"-file did it.
