Localization code errors / typos in code

There are some typos in the code of some of the files in the vigilance theme, all related to (arguably) subsequent edits that have been made to the code by the author, and whacked out the textdomain (i.e. ‘vigilance’).

As a result, some translation strings don’t show up properly (the English is shown instead) such as e.g. in the comment parts.

I have made the corrections on my own install, but the author might want to check his own code; i.e., the errors are in the following files:

• sidebar.php
• comments.php
• page.php
• single.php and
• index.php
