Localising WordPress Categories

Hi guys,
Is it possible to localise a specific category on a wordpress blog? I’m looking to create a few categories on a blog called ‘en’,’fr’,’de’…. etc…. When the user accesses a category such as blog/fr/ they will see a French version of the entire blog. Words such as comments, replies.. etc… will all be in French.

Is this possible?
