local host and header image (3 posts)

I am using xampp as a local host to build a wordpress site using the atahualpa theme. I have been to that forum and they were not able to figure out the problem. They thought it may have something to do with my local host but could not offer assistance with that. The url for the images points to:

    url('http://localhost/wordpress/wp-content/themes/atahualpa/images/header/IMG_1496.jpg')

I have deleted the default images but they are still showing up in my header. I also tried to rename my header file to a default file name but this too did not work. The default images, although deleted from not only the file but my computer too, are still showing up. I can't figure out where they are pulling from.

Can anyone advice me on this?

    Thanks!

The images that WordPress is pulling from are in the MYSQL database. Go to "Media" and delete them from there.
