   b2 had a version that allowed this. a little surprised wp dosn't have it yet.

   Question: Why would WP developers want to create functionality to edit/update LiveJournal?
   Personally I'd prefer that they focus on WordPress. Hmm...I guess if I had some LiveJournal sites I'd appreciate this, but then I wonder what is so hard about using LiveJournal's own tools?

   i dont want to manage lj using wp
   i want wp to manage lj while i m managing wp!
   so that i stay at wp while lj can get it's ass whipped by wp.
   as simple as that... :D

   I have one of my rss feeds being read by LJ, so the journal over there is updated when the rss feed is. This isn't wordpress specific, anything with a feed can be used. You can't use the associated lj for anything else, only automatically showing the posts from the feed, but it still allows others to see my stuff on their friends page while letting me use WordPress rather than yucky LJ.
