Listing specific tags in separate lists

Hi Everyone.

Hope someone can please help!

I have some tags for posts, but want to have custom lists of tags down the right column, organised into tag categories. These won’t necessarily contain all the tags, so the list doesn’t have to be automated (e.g. when new tags are added to posts, they don’t need to automatically display, I would prefer to hard code them into a list if required) – it will be specific tags that I have already chosen. Also, the category itself doesn’t have to be a tag (for example, as below, Asset Class just needs to be a header, it doesn’t need to link to anything.

For example:

Asset Class
– Equities
– Fixed Income
– Alternatives

Sector
– Healthcare
– Technology

etc

Is there a way of doing this? I don’t want to make them into categories as I use categories for media type.
