Listing all posts from certain category?

Hi guys, I have a question so maybe someone could help me,

I have a page that lists 11 posts from any given category, if I click on category news that page will post the latest 11 posts from news category, same thing happens no matter what category I click on.

Below the categories I plan to have a link like: “If you want to see all posts on this category click here” the idea is to have a page where you can list all titles coming from the category on the category page, right now I have a page that list all titles and link them but still can’t have them work the way I want, the code I have can be seen here:

What I’m not sure how to achieve is, first, how to link from the category page to this archive page and then how to pass the category viewed and only display post titles coming from that category.

Any idea?
