List Sorting order: newest at top?

    Dear events Calendar Team,

    great plugin!

    I would like to sort my List in the list view and the widget on the side in the following order of dates:

    LATEST DATE (7. September 2014)

    OLDEST Upcoming DATE ( 5. Juli 2014)

    at the moment it is sorted by the NEXT event first, then the following events are listed.

    Can you give me the functions.php snippet to do this? (I guess thats needed)

    We use this plugin, Intuitive Custom Post Order, to be able to drag and drop posts, calendar items, etc in the order we want them to appear.

    Thank you very much. I really thought this is a minor code tweak and I am just too blind to find it.

    I will try out Lindas plugin advice.
