What's that website/blog that usually lists which files changed, so you don't have to re-upload/reinstall files that didn't change in the Upgrade?
It was made by some nice blogger guy and was useful when I went from 1.5 to 2.0. Now I'd like to see the changes from 2.0 to 2.1 to 2.2.
I tried searching for this but couldn't think of a search-term to narrow it down.
If I remember correctly, you are thinking about Mark Jaquith's site, tempus fugit.
The link to the changed files (i dont know about the version stuff) is right there within the post announcing the release.

There's a lot to look at which is probably why that hasnt been made available in a more user friendly fashion.
Since you mention a specific file, I recommend trying out Beyond Compare @ http://www.scootersoftware.com/ .. That's an invaluable tool for doing any sort of line by line file comparison in Windows.
Thanks for the reply, it was helpful.
Codex has the List of files revised for Version 2.2 but with so many new files, and a number of deleted files, it might be better to follow the procedures in Upgrading WordPress, in particular, the section that discusses deleting the old WordPress files.
