   I need to do very simple thing. But I'm new in WordPress world, so forgive me please this question.

   I have some pages (called "static pages" in administration area).

   One of these pages is supposed to store the latest news content.
   There should be the news topics list (with published date, or some briefly described what the news is about, or with or with the summary, but not neccessary), and after clicking that title I'll be redirected to the page where is presented the whole content of the relevant news.

   How to do that, or where exactly I could read about something like that?

   It sounds like you need a News category with the archive page for that category listing excerpts to the main story.

   Thi means you create a category called news. You write the news posts and make sure they are located in the News category [tick the News category box next tothe write panel when you publish] and then, when you click on the News category, a list of all the news articles is archived for display.

   This will dpend on your theme set up, but most will be easy to configure.

   I've already discovered that possibility.

   But it would be more suitable if I could place that News link in the Pages section. I mean, is it possible to pin the news to the Page item?

   If not. How to display in the Category the list of titles-links, that are links to the whole each news content?

   Starting with the second question: it is a matter of editing your Category_Templates (or template for that one category) and which Template_Tags are used in it.

   Before I attempt to answer your first question - I need to know what do you want to do with that Page and why?

   OK. I've read the Template_Tags section inside Documentation and it helped me.
   For now it is OK to o it within the Categories.
