   Hello
   I currently have a problem in installing WordPress. When I downloaded it, I had all of the files, but I there were no folders, it was just a large pile of files. Is there supposed to be any folders at all? And if so, may I get a list of what the folders are and what documents are in it so I may organize it?

   Lots of folders. Re-extract your zip "properly" to get them all.
