Does anyone have a list of files that have changed in 2.5.1? I have a few blogs to upgrade and it's much quicker to upload the (usually) small number of files that have been tweaked.

You mean about 100 files that need to be uploaded (and 1 deleted) and the database needing updating.

So the short (non-smartass) answer is yes, but that it's impractical, this time, to simply replace the changed files.
That's a lot of bug and security fixes. Much more than usual. It looks like 2.5 was rushed out without enough testing, eh?
