List includes draft items

    I have created a website using Taxonomy Picker here:
    clsparchitects.com/archives/
    I have set “include empty items” to “never”. The lists still include draft items, which means they give no result when search on. I would like to exclude draft items from influencing the list.

    I tried to use the exclusion system on the widget itself. I created an extra taxonomy called “hide” and gave all the draft items the value “yes”. I then entered configured the Categories section of the widget so that “hide” as the title, and 137 as the category, which is the ID of “Yes” under “hide”. But the draft items still showed up on the list!

    What can I do? I can provide login details for the dashboard if you would like.
