Links to External Pages (1 post)

    Hi,

I'm currently setting up my first WordPress sites. I have an existing blog, hand-coded a couple of years ago. Short posts are handled directly in the blog, exactly as in WordPress, but longer posts link out to separate static pages. The blog handles this automatically.

In the RSS XML, there are two tags, <guid> which links to the post's (and holds the permalink), and <link> which links to where I want to send the user, which could be the post or could be a longer article, another part of my website, or even an external link.

Does WordPress have a similar concept? I've imported my existing blog content, but it only seems to have created the equivalent of the <guid> links, and not the other ones. I also can't see anywhere on the "write" page to add a post-level link.

Is there an easy way to do this?
    Thanks
    Andrew
