   Hi

   In one of my side bars I have a text widget with links to pages to make it the navigation of my site user friendly. This links work fine on the homepage. But once off the home page the links don't work and come up with "page not found 404".

   Method used for links: Name of link

   Any help would be much appreciated.

   Any particular reason why you're not creating a custom menu instead, and then using the custom menu widget to do what you want? That would mean no hard-coding of links, they'll all be handled by the WordPress CMS.
