   A couple of questions about links:

   I would like to my link urls to use the link names as the title text instead of the link descriptions (some of my descriptions are long). Is there a way to accomplish this via my links.php template php code or does it require using a plugin or hacking wp? I don't care to resort to a plugin but will if necessary and I don't want to touch wp code at all.

   I have noticed a number of themes don't even include a links.php. Do most people not display links on an individual page?

   Is there a way to use the echo command then alter the link titles to equal the link names?
