Links on a field

Hi all,

I need to add a link to a page in the label of one field. Precisely, I have a field where users must declare with the website’s terms and conditions, and I would like to add the link to that page.

This is the URL to my website: http://www.scotstube.co.uk/send/

The last field of the form says “I have read and agreed with the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy and Cookies Policy of this website”. I’d like people to be able to click on a link redirecting them to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy pages.

I don’t understand much about coding, so can you please be very detailed in your answer?
