Links not working in right side bar

    Right sidebar links on my home page except for google-advertising aren’t working. As I hover over the links the cursor arrow doesn’t even change to a hand to recognize it as a link on any of the links in the right nav bar. In comparison all other pages work regarding right side bar navigation links. The difference is that I use a lt-body-rt template on the home page and I use a body-rt template on all other pages mostly.

    Anyone know what might be happening?
