I noticed this today and wanted to know why "Link Categories" rotate the order when a page is refreshed?
I tried to find this in the admin panel but cannot, is this a bug or a default behaviour?
Where in the code can this be adjusted to stop rotating, unless this serves a useful purpose and why?
1. Go to your Dashboard and choose Links > Link Categories.
2. For the link category you want to change, click its Edit button.
3. The Sort Order pulldown menu is set to Random; change that to something else and you're good to go!

Thanks ... but why would someone want links to be random?
