Above my title there are tree links going back to the home page. They take up space and I’d like them gone. For instance on this page, it says Home > Real Estate Investing

I’m using the child theme.

Those links could be part of your theme, or they could be from a ‘breadcrumb’ plugin.

If you post a link to your site where the problem can be seen, someone might be able to give more specific help.

If you click the title it goes to a blank page with just the tags showing. I like that it links but is prefer if it opened the article.

That seems to be a function of the theme you are using. I believe you are using a purchased theme, so we cannot examine its code to help with this question.
