Linking to specific text elsewhere in my site.

    I have a philosophy web site, and would like to CROSS REFERENCE text to other text with links. Does anyone know how I can do this? For example, in some text by Rousseau, I want to link it to other text that is related. I have the idea of making ONE page from EXCERPTS and linking TO these excerpts.
