hi my site is http://www.mygsy.com
ok i want a link in my nav bar where when you click it takes you too http://www.forums.mygsy.com but when i add one it's not in the nav bar or its a page with a link on :(
anyone know how to do it? thanks!

If you want your navigation to say something like Forum, then when you click on that, it takes you to your forum URL, then grab the Redirectify plugin, create the Page called Forum, save that page. Then edit that page and add a Custom Field with a Key of 'redirect' and a Value of the url of your forum software.
