linking problem with style.css in wordpress site

Hi –

I have a kinda dumb problem. I am having difficulty with my style.css linking to a wordpress blog site within my website – samshoetestsite1.com/blog. For some reason the content is there but the CSS hasn’t followed. I know it’s most likely a simple fix that I overlooked but I can’t figure it out to save my life!

Can anyone help, please??
