Linking Header Image (6 posts)

I've been searching for this topic and gone through some threads using all the suggested codes and nothing worked.

I'd like to make my header image to be linkable. What code do I use and which file name do I modify?

The header image name in my theme is "bodybg.png" - I know, it's not a jpg or anything, that's what the theme creator did, so I have no clue.

If you could provide me with the code plus the image name or whatever else necessary, that would be so awesome.

    Thanks!

Could you post a link to your website so we can take a look at the situation?

    I looked here:
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Designing_Headers#Making_the_Whole_Header_Clickable

Codes on there didn't work for me.

OK. Here is the proper way to do this. Add back a link to H1 Home in your header. Increase the height of that link in the CSS using line-height. Then left align the text H1 by 3000px to get rid of it. That will leave your clickable zone.
