Link url depending on user

Hello!

I wonder if there is any way you can have a menu link which leads to users profile settings. The link hence leads to different settings page depending on which user is logged in. For example; http://mywebsite/members/%user%/settings.

I have tried the above example but with no luck, is there anyone who know how to do this?
