Hi, I'm really new at this so I apologize if I'm asking a really noob question here. Basically I'm trying to add my wordpress.com blog here to my wordpress.org site that I created yesterday here. I'd like the blog to appear as a page tab on the latter so it appears as if it's a part of the website itself. I hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance.

If you need WordPress.com support - ie you need to know what you can add to a .com site, you need to go to http://en.support.wordpress.com/
If you want a link to your .com site on your .org site, you could use the page-links-to plugin or a custom menu if your theme supports custom menus or you are able to add support for them yourself.
