I’ll be the first to admit, I’m having to relearn most of this since I haven’t done any of it since college, so this could be extremely easy. Anyway, I have a site, onesilentframe.com, which has the menus across the top that were done in flash as one movie. each button is a link to another page. I have a ‘blog’ button that I can’t get to link correctly. I think Flash automatically adds the html to the end of a getURL action, which is the problem. If you go to onesilentframe.com/blog/ the page loads fine, but i can’t get the link to work. Any suggestions? Thanks a ton!

  • The easiest thing to do is get rid of the flash menu. Can be easily done with html.

well, not all of the links are going to be static. they will have their own motions applied to them, once i get all the kinks worked out for the main page. If needs be i can do them all individually, this just saved time. i spoke with a friend of mine and he thinks adding /index.html might work, or something along those lines, since the browser is looking for that by default. IDK, i’m at a dead end. If i need to break up the flash animation, I will, but would like to just fix as is if possible. 🙂
