Link to the last post?

Is there a generic link one can use to drop the user into your last post?

For example, I’m planning on using one of the sticky plugins as an explaination of my site. At the bottom of the sticky post, I was to provide a link to the last post that I made. But, since that post changes, I would need to change the link as well. Hopefully there’s a way to tell WP to send the clicker through to the latest post.

I would rather drop the visitor into the actual Post instead of just a page like that is normally displayed.
