Link to plugin settings in email incorrect

Note: Using WordPress 3.9 beta 3 and iThemes Security Version 4.0.14

The link provided to “change your email settings” in a “lockout” email notification is incorrect and leads to a; “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” page.

The link provided in the email notification is as follows:

http://mysite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=toplevel_page_itsec-global

It appears that in the new “iThemes Security” plugin there’s no longer any individual “Global” settings page and all settings are located on a single “Settings” page which has only one url:

http://mysite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=toplevel_page_itsec_settings

In my case, I’m the owner and administrator for the site.

Looks like the link for “plugin settings” in the “Lock out” notification email was never updated from BWPS to iThemes Security.
