Link to page opens index instead

    Hi. I modified the header so that the links at the top of the page go to pages instead of posts, archives, etc. All of the links work fine except for the newest page that I added. When I try to open it, and I’m sure it’s linked to the right page, it opens up the index page instead. The only thing I’ve done differently is that I’ve installed the Event Calendar 2.1 plugin. I tried deleting the page that I wanted to link to and starting over, and then renaming the link, but it didn’t work. Any ideas about what might have happened?

    You might have left an anchor tag open, one of your links. It happens. Validate your page to make sure there aren’t any tags open, and then let us know. It may be as simple as that.

    Well, it wasn’t an anchor tag, but I had a – instead of _ in the link. I almost didn’t notice it because it’s hard to see in notepad. Thanks for your help.
