link to open new window

    what tags do i have to put in the boxes so that clicking on a link opens a new window ?
    at the moment it doesnt open a new window, the site goes into theirs.
    its in the “links” page
    then “link categories”
    under Edit “LinksBox� Category
    at the bottom theirs
    “formatting”
    and in the boxes ive got
    Before Link

    In Links > Manage Links > Edit Link, there is an option to set the target attribute for each link in the Advanded section at the bottom. Set target to “_blank” and the link will open in a new window. It’s not valid xhtml, but it works.

    It’s valid in XHTML Transitional. But not XHTML Strict. 🙂
