   How can I get a PAGE link to link to a different site? I have looked in the DOC on this site and it explained nothing.

   Hmmm... You could just add raw HTML to your PHP files.
   You could made a 301 redirect from the page's URL to the site you want.

   Not sure if that's what you mean.
