Since last update, for users other than administrator, link to existing content is broken on the edition screen. This is a problem caused by the plugin, as it desapears when it is unactivated.

Don't know if we're talking about the same thing here, but all my search results give me a No Results Found result starting max an hour ago.

I mean: when I try to add a link to a word or sentence inside a post, there's a window where you can choose the link as you write. Now, if you are not an administrator, you get "Not results found" even if there are links that match.

    Hey Paul,

I'm really sorry to hear this! Any chance you could give me the link to the blog in question, so I could have a closer look? Also, a screenshot of your settings would be more than welcome.

    Take care,

    Petra

Please remove after seeing the link. Also the subdomain is the website in question.

    Hey Paul,

first of all, thanks for the link! And I completely understand that not everyone is comfortable with sharing links/info here, so to avoid this in the future, please send links and other sensitive content to our email: support[at]zemanta[dot]com.
Also, I'm really sorry to say this, but only moderators can delete posts - I don't have the option to remove your post, but I think you can edit it and delete the link yourself?
As for the search issue - could you please give me a specific keyword you searched for and didn't get any results? For example, I searched for keyword "design" and search worked for me.

    Best,
    Petra

Not sure which link you were at. Please try shop.solutionsbiz.ca. fx7 for example. but as soon as I deactivate the plugin, it works fine.

sorry but I have to turn off the plugin. I need the search to work. Right now I am using the wordpress search but your plugin is pretty amazing for our shop!

Hope you can help me get it back up and running. I dont knw if it helps, but when I test the search from your settings page, it works. Just not from the website.

    Regards,

    Paul

    Hey Paul,
thanks for getting back to me!

Do you by any chance have WooCommerce plugin installed? Have you updated it recently? If you did, this could be the reason our plugin stopped working as there are some compatibility issues between these two plugins.

    Take care,
    Petra

    Hey Petra!

This must be it. I did update WooCommerce recently. Are these compatibility issues regular or just due to the latest update?

    Regards,

    Paul

    Hey Petra,

I just checked and realized that I never did the update for WooCommerce. It was during work hours and did not want to put the store in maintenance mode. So right now I am running WC 2.1.5, the same version that I was running when it was working.

    Please help.

    Hello Petra,

The option Search Every Custom Field (metadata) is the one causing the issue. I unchecked everything and added each option and tested. Hope it helps!

    Hello PetraP!

    I'm a bit confused here O.o

I was so sure that with your plugin, I can find anything that is included in my site (ecommerce site and looking to search for and find SKUs). Right now for some reason I can't seem to do a search based on SKUs.

    I am using WooCommerce.

Is this due to the fact that I unchecked the Search Every Custom Field (metadata) option?

Hope we can get this resolved :-)

    Regards,

    Paul

    Hey Paul,

you are correct! You need to check "Search Every Custom Field (metadata)" option. I know that there was a “No Results Found” problem when you had this option turned on - does this issue still persist?

    Petra

    Hey jmcasas,

I am not sure if you are still following this topic but just to let you know - we expect to release the updated version of the plugin in the following day(s) which will fix that "broken link" error.

Take care and have a nice day!

    Hello,

Thanks for making WordPress better with your plugin. I have similiar problems like others (“No Results Found”)

Please check out the post below:
    http://wordpress.org/support/topic/problems-after-update-to-wordpress-39?replies=2

It seems quite complicated (WPML plugin related as well).

I'd be very grateful for ideas, how to solve this inconvenience...

Maybe you could contact WPML crew (they are very helpful)? I can provide a link.

    Hey Dariusz,
thanks for reaching out and for all the links - don't worry, we appreciate your help :)
We're sorry you're having issues with our plugin and we'll gladly help.

However, I suggest we move this discussion in another support topic as it seems to me it is not so related to previous issues already mentioned here, although the message you got is the same. Can you please create a new topic? Thanks

In the meanwhile we'll test our plugin with WPML and check what's going on. It would be also helpful, if you'd provide the version of your WordPress and WPML plugin.

Take care & have a nice holiday :)

Hey Paul, hope you don't mind me answering on Petra's behalf, but we tested our plugin with the WooCommerce one (v2.1.7) and everything seems to work just fine.

Which got us wondering — are both of your plugins updated to it's latest version? Maybe our plugin is interfering with some other plugin, which is causing you those problems? Is there a chance you could send us a list of your current plugins (the ones activated), so we could test it out on our end?

Let us know, we're eager to help you out! Take care & have a nice day!

    Best,
    Silvo & Petra
