   I edited the post Title and Permalink value for one of my posts, and now when I click on the post on my front page it redirects me to another post with a very similar title and link (one ends with "i" and the other ends in "ii". The edit I made was to fix a simple spelling error in the post title and link (the word "surey" should be "survey").

   I can see the post in edit view (and all of the users' comments), I can see the intro to the post on my home page, but I can't go to the full post on my site. Even when I manually type the URL (the one that ends in "ii") the URL redirects to the URL that ends in "i".

   Any idea what's going on?

   Fixed it. Somehow editing the title and/or permalink screwed up the reference to the post in the SQL database. I found two duplicate references regarding the post in the SQL table wp_redirection_items. I deleted one and the problem is fixed.
