   How can i make it so the when people click on a page it takes them straight to a website

   You need a plugin that does page redirection. I use one called Page Lists Plus.

   If your site uses the new WordPress custom menus you can make a menu option that itself is a direct link to another website.

   I use Page Links To. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/page-links-to/

   But as stvwlf said, if you're using a Custom Menu, just setup a new external link.
