link not working

    having a problem with the link at the bottom of the home page on http://manymutts.com

    the text in testimonials, in the dog caption should be a link to the testimonials page. in firefox the testmonial page URL is showing up in the quotes.

    also the quotes should be paragraph tags but they are coming up as spans

    any suggestions i appreciate.

    It is working fine in FF.
