Link management / collection

    Hi everyone,

    I am planning to develop a WP-site to serve as a link-collection to certain types of websites. I am planning to add these links on static pages which I define, but I want three special functions:

    1) Click Counting: How many times the link was clicked
    2) User Rating for the links (like “GD Star Rating”, but for my links, not for posts or comments)
    3) A “Sort” function (by clicks & by rating)

    First, is this possible with WP and PHP?
    Second, is there a plugin / combination of plugins which provide this functionality?
