I am really not sure… I will have to test this out a bit more. I only got a single entry at a time on my test site.

Thanks for the update. Actually, that just made me think. Did you have multiple instances of Link Library loaded on the same page? Since the code to process submissions was inside of the code that rendered the list, a submission would end up being stored to the database multiple times. The change that I made for another user fixed this unknowingly. Thanks.
Aha! yes I think that could be it. I have a local installation on my laptop as a journal and one of the pages uses link library to display several categories of link within tabs on the same page using the posttabs plugin and with one tab containing the shortcode to add a link. It is working very nicely now and is quite a useful tool for quickly adding links. Thanks for a great plugin.
