Link in Footer

I’ve added

<div style="position:fixed;left:-99999px">[showmap name='gfullmap_options']</div>

<a class="click_it" class-value="createPopup-gfullmap_options" href="javascript:void(0)">View Map</a></p>

to footer.php and the link shows up but not the lightbox. Any ideas?
