   Hi,
   This is a great plugin and just what I need. It is working well except when making the booking and on the 'page' where you select the time, enter your name, e-mail address etc. There seems to be extra lines on the form which shouldn't be there.

   Can anyone help or advise on what file to edit etc?

   Hi Kennygirvan,

   This is cause by css definition(style-sheet) of your theme.
   Can you provide your site-link to investigate it, and provide a fisable solution for it.
