Line spacing

In the sidebar you can see under the Recent Jobs header that the job Senior Managment Accountant has dropped to two lines. That’s fine but basically what I want to achieve is line spacing similar to in Word.

So instead of;

Senior Management

Accountant

Finance Manager

I want;

Senior Management
Accountant

Finance Manager

Is it possible? How so?
