Limits per day for all actions ?

Hi,

I would like to have some limits per day for each actions and points gained, could you add this ? 🙂

Example :
Limit X times per 24h for comments in buddypress
Limit X times per 24h for private message
Limit X time per 24h for avatar upload
and so on for each actions
