Gravity Forms Directory
[resolved] Limiting/Filtering Records shown in directory (6 posts)

I would like to create a directory page that only shows records that belong to the logged in user.

The easiest way I can think of, is to only show records where the email address in the form data matches that of the logged in user. Our Gravity form does pass the email to the database as a hidden form.

With the directory plugin, can I add a variable to the shortcode to only show records where the 'email' field matches that of the logged in user?

    Thanks,
    DDM

Anyone? Event if custom code is involved? Any directory data filter we can use?

I would also like the functionality of filtering displayed entries.

See my post here for help on this:

    Just to be more clear

    http://www.yourdomain.com/member-directory/?gf_search=Concrete

will display any entries that have the word concrete

    http://www.yourdomain.com/member-directory/?gf_search=Concrete%20Accessories

will display any entries that have the word Concrete Accessories

That's the best I can do :) Hope it helps someone.

Wow, spaces-disappearing-in-search is so strange. I see that it's happening, but have no clue why that would be. I'll look into that.

Just to update that the spacing issue has been resolved in v3.1
