Limiting total upload (not upload file size)

    Hello,
    Is there anyway I can limit the total upload size for a blog? I’m hosting 7-8 blogs for other people on my server, and I want to make they don’t use more than 100 MB each with their uploads.
    Is there any way I can achieve this?
