   Hi,

   I was intrested ti know if there is a way by which i can limit the access to the download section of the site by using captcha. Such that to download a file [mp3, pdf etc] it should ask you to answer the captcha first only then can access be given. I do not want to use the membership option of wordpress any sugestions? Thanks!

   What is your goal? Are you trying to prevent robots from downloading your files?

   You can probably achieve this with an ecommerce plugin that supports downloadable files (like eShop). It would not use captcha but even if the product were free the user would have to fill out the ecommerce form before they could download the file.

   I'm not sure why you think a robot would download a file or what you think the danger is.
