   How do I limit number of posts on a catagory? For example, I just want to show 5 latest posts from Book Recommandations catagory instead of all the posts. Thanks

   Admin > Options > Other Options > posts_per_page > 5

   That option only shows up on the index page. If you click on a catagory, you get all the posts from that catagory.

   Take a look at http://www.alexking.org/ . He liminted each catagories to show 10 posts and at the bottom, you can go to the next page. There has to be an answer on here somewhere but I can't find it. I emailed him and hopefully he'll reply.
