I decided to limit the size of my sidebar by setting the links to display only 3 per category. I'm happy with the size of the sidebar now, but the links are static, and the rest of them never show.
Is there some way, plugin, or edit i can apply to rotate these links on a daily, or per visit basis to share the love with everyone equally?
What happens if you set the sort order to random?

Setting the llink's category display setting to "random" changes which of the displayed links (when limited to a nnumber) show, and it changes with each reload.
